-
The Omni Amelia Island Resort is located 29 miles northeast of the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). The resort does not offer direct transportation to and from Jacksonville International Airport. Lyft and Uber are easy to get from the airport to the hotel, but harder to arrange from the hotel to the airport due to fewer drivers on the remote island. There are private shuttles or taxi services available through East Coast Transportation, Amelia Island Airport Transportation, and Blue Sky. All major rental car agencies are located at JAX and reservations in advance are typically inexpensive. If you are going to rent a car, please try Enterprise or National for a Cliff Drysdale Tennis discount (https://legacy.enterprise.com/car_rental/deeplinkmap.do?bid=028&refId=CLIFFDRY).

-
The resort is a large property spread out along the beach. Guests can walk along the hiking paths or ride the complimentary shuttle to anywhere on the resort.
