What is the cancellation policy for custom trip?

Cancellations outside 14 days receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 14 days you will receive a 50% refund of the total monies paid.

If canceling while staying double occupancy, your roommate will result in a price increase to stay single occupancy, or your refund amount will be withheld to cover your roommate’s price difference.
What are the payment details?

When booking your tennis and accommodations through CDT, you are prepaid in full for your trip, except for incidentals. When you check-in at the front desk, you will be required to put a card on file for incidentals. The resort will put a hold amount on your card which will drop off upon check-out minus any incidental charges.

If you have any questions regarding your incidental charges, please contact the front desk at check-out. If you still have questions upon leaving the resort, reach out to your travel specialist with CDT.

Unfortunately, when booking through Cliff Drysdale Tennis, we are unable to add your member number to your reservation due to the already discounted rate when bundling your tennis and accommodations.
Can I request a roll away bed?

Yes, there are free rollaway/extra beds available.

What features does my room have?

All rooms, unless noted otherwise, have coffeemaker, microwave, iron/ironing board, and refrigerator.

Does the Arizona Biltmore, Waldorf Astoria Resort allow pets?

There is a one-time $150 non-refundable service fee per pet, excluding service animals. Maximum two pets per room. To view the resort’s Pet Agreement, please click here.

Can I ship a package to the hotel?

Yes, the you are able to ship packages to Arizona Biltmore for your arrival. CDT cannot assist or guarantee any packages are not lost in transit once signed in the mail room. If your name is not the primary name on the room reservation, the resort will reject the package. For more information, please contact the concierge.

How does the transportation to and from the airport work?

The resort can be less than 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Please text 602-900-1674, or email PHXBM.Concierge@waldorfastoria.com for planning assistance.

Another option would be to take the tram to 44th St Station, take the walk to Washington St & 41st PI, take the line 32 bus to Camelback Rd & 2910 East, then take the walk to Arizona Biltmore Hotel. Alternatively, you can take a taxi.

How can I get around the resort property?

The resort property is all walk able. If walking assistance is required, the resort can accommodate.

Does the resort offer valet or self-parking?

Self-parking is available at the hotel for $23 per night. Valet parking is available for $30 per night.

What is the number for the tennis pro shop?

If you need to reach out directly to the tennis pro shop with any questions, please call 602-299-9529.
Where are the courts located?
-
The courts are located on the far side left side of the resort. There is not a pro shop or front desk for the courts. To get there, you will follow the signs to the fitness center towards the right side of the resort. Once you see the fitness center and spa, you will take a left. Once you take a left, you will see a parking lot ahead of you. Keep going and you will take a right at the end of the sidewalk to walk down the courts.

How can I request lesson times or game matching services?

When registering, please outline your preferred times for lessons each day. We do our best to accommodate them based on availability with our staff for each day throughout your trip. We cannot guarantee your preferred time, but we will get as close as possible.

Our coaches are happy to help game arrange with other resort guests and locals during your trip. We cannot guarantee any specific match ups until you have arrived. We always recommend talking to guests in the morning clinics, as they are typically looking for more play as well.
Can I add on court reservations for additional play on my own?

When booking your tennis and accommodations through CDT, you are able to reserve courts for additional play on your own at no additional cost. We can accommodate up to 2 hours/group/day. Requests can be made prior to arriving and are based on availability at the time of inquiring.

If booking your accommodations separately, you are unable to reserve courts to play on your own.
After booking, can I add on additional clinics and lessons?

Yes. Even after booking, please reach out to your tennis travel concierge from your original quote, and they are happy to look at adding on additional clinics or lessons at the a la carte rate. Adding on clinics and lessons are based on availability.
Is there a dress code at Racquet Park?

Tennis shoes are required on the courts, but clothes of any color are allowed.
Are rackets available to demo?
-
Yes, our tennis pro shop offers a variety of Wilson tennis racquets and pickle ball paddles for demo, and they are full service with stringing.

What is the average weather in Arizona Biltmore?

What if it rains or we experience inclement weather throughout our trip?

If rain or weather affects any of the scheduled tennis, the Director of Tennis will do their best to reschedule while you are there. If they are unable to do so, we will issue a refund for any missed tennis.
