What are the payment details?

When booking your tennis and accommodations through PBI, you are prepaid in full for your trip, except for incidentals. When you check-in at the front desk, you will be required to put a card on file for incidentals. The resort will put a hold amount on your card which will drop off upon check-out minus any incidental charges.

If you have any questions regarding your incidental charges, please contact the front desk at check-out. If you still have questions upon leaving the resort, reach out to your travel specialist with Experience.

TRAVEL REMINDERS​

For clothing, kindly note that wearing camouflage/military green is strictly prohibited in the Federation, as it is reserved only for their armed forces

How do I get to and from the Robert L. Brandshaw Airport in St. Kitts?

Getting to Four Seasons Resort Nevis is even easier thanks to the resort's regional air travel options. From regularly scheduled codeshares service to private and personalized charter experiences you’ll have even more options to arrive in paradise in style. For more information visit here. A US$200 per person (age 12 and older) transfer fee includes a welcome at Robert L Bradshaw Airport in St Kitts and the ferry across to the property as well as the return transfer and ferry upon departure. This is not included in your tennis package and will be reserved separately with the resort.

Arrival Details
SKB INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Upon arrival at the Robert L. Bradshaw Airport in St. Kitts, after you deplane and retrieve your bags, you will be greeted by a Four Seasons representative who will assist you in boarding a dedicated taxi to your water taxi transfer.
TRANSFER FROM ST. KITTS TO NEVIS
-
Upon departure, you will be taken on a breathtaking 15-minutes scenic, countryside ride to Christophe Harbor Marina where you will board the Four Seasons’ private speedboats to the resort’s on-property pier, where a staff member will greet you and escort you directly to your accommodations, while our bell team collect your luggage for prompt delivery to your guest room.
Departure Details
TRANSFER FROM NEVIS TO St. KITTS- Meet in the hotel Lobby
Time- The day before your departure, you will receive a letter in your room with departure time based on your travel schedule.
Luggage Retrieval- The Bellmen will retrieve your luggage from your rooms. We recommend that you keep your hand luggage separate as the pieces collected will be stored in the luggage compartment of the vessel.
Check Out at the Reception- Please check out at the Reception Desk or you also have the option of expediting this process by filling out/submitting the Express Check out form which will be provided the day prior.
Luggage Count- Kindly meet in the main Lobby to verify your luggage count. Please note that you will not see your luggage in the lobby. The pieces will be loaded on the boat prior to your departure and delivered to the airline check-in counter at St. Kitts.
Departure- Your transfer will depart from the Resort Pier to Christophe Harbour. On arrival at Christophe Harbour on St. Kitts, you will be met by a hotel representative who will assist with luggage and transfer from the marina to the airport via private vehicle.
Can I add my member number to this reservation?
• Unfortunately, when booking through PBI, we are unable to add your member number to your reservation due to the already discounted rate when bundling your tennis and accommodations.
Can I request a roll away bed?
• Certain rooms have a pull out couch in the room. Please talk to your travel specialist if any additional beds are needed in the room. A roll away is available for certain room layouts for an additional fee.​
Does my room have a fridge, coffee, washer or dryer?
Main hotel:
• Each room in the main hotel has an in-room coffee station, mini fridge and hair dryer.
• There are no microwaves in the hotel rooms.
Does the Four Seasons allow pets?

Yes, the resort does allow well behaved pets for a fee. Please discuss this with your travel specialist before booking.​

What court surface do you have?

We 2 cushioned hard courts, 2 artificial grass courts, 4 red-clay courts, and 4 cushioned pickleball courts

Where are the courts located?

The courts are located between the hotel lobby and the spa. They are a short walk from anywhere on the resort.

How can I request lesson times or game matching services?
-
When registering, please outline your preferred times for lessons each day. We do our best to accommodate them based on availability with our staff for each day throughout your trip. We cannot guarantee your preferred time, but we will get as close as possible.

Our coaches are happy to help game arrange with other resort guests and locals during your trip. We cannot guarantee any specific match ups until you have arrived. We always recommend talking to guests in the morning clinics, as they are typically looking for more play as well.
Can I add on court reservations for additional play on my own?
-
When booking your tennis and accommodations through PBI, you are able to reserve courts for additional play on your own at no additional cost. We can accommodate up to 2 hours/group/day. Requests can be made prior to arriving and are based on availability at the time of inquiring.
After booking, can I add on additional clinics and lessons?
-
Yes. Even after booking, please reach out to your tennis travel concierge from your original quote, and they are happy to look at adding on additional clinics or lessons at the a la carte rate. Adding on clinics and lessons are based on availability.
Is there a dress code at the courts?
-
Tennis shoes are required on the courts, but clothes of any color are allowed.
Are rackets available to demo?
-
Yes, our tennis pro shop offers a variety of Wilson tennis racquets and pickleball paddles for rent. Rental fees are $20 for an adult racquet and $10 for a junior racquet. Pickleball paddles are $15.

Stringing is available. The cost is $40 for labor, plus the cost of strings ranging from $20-30.

Esquilina- This Coastal Mediterranean restaurant offers an updated take on our Caribbean-inspired breakfast buffet in the mornings, while in the evenings it will serve regional Mediterranean dishes, highlighted by crudos, raw seafood and charcuterie, fresh fish grilled in a wood fire and more.

On the Dune- An upscale and relaxed beachside venue during the day, highlighted by an eclectic blend of Caribbean and American cuisines, using the freshest in regional seafood, local produce and bar offerings that are focused around a noteworthy selection of wines by the glass and a well-executed cocktail program. In the evenings, On the Dune will transform into a vibrant beachfront party atmosphere for dinner and late nightentertainment.

Golden Rock- Fresh fish and lobster come from local fishermen; tropical fruits and vegetables from neighboring growers. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served alfresco on our dining decks overlooking the sea, or within intimate garden settings. Under stone vaulted ceilings, our bar serves signature cocktails such as the Mount St. Helena and Golden Rock’s renowned Rum Punch.

Mill Privee – The 300 year-old sugar mills converted into the only restaurant of its kind in the world. This unique Nevis restaurant offers a gourmet five course tasting menu created by our Executive Chef. Restaurant 750 at Montpelier – This varied menu offers a choice of vegetarian and other dietary options.

Bananas- Hidden away high above Charlestown in historic Hamilton Estate, Bananas Restaurant is surrounded by over an acre of lush tropical gardens. The porch serves as the main dining area and overlooks the gardens with the Caribbean Sea in the background (the sunsets are exceptional). Steps lead down into the garden and we have several areas for dining al fresco, there also have a gazebo in the garden that seat up to 10 people for those of you looking for a more personal dining experience.

Yachtsman Grill- Enjoy beachfront, pool-side ambiance with wonderful cuisine. Select fine wine from our extensive collection and island cocktail. Sunshines- Located just steps down the beach from the Four Seasons Resort, is a favouritespot for residents and visitors alike. Famous for its signature drink “Killer Bees” (beware of this sting!). They are open for lunch and dinner daily with a menu featuring grilled local Spiny Lobster, Fish, Shrimp, Chicken and Ribs served with Garden Salad and Seasoned Rice. When in Nevis, Sunshine’s is definitely the place to be.

What is the average weather in Nevis?

The climate in Saint Kitts & Nevis is tropical. It is relatively cool and dry from December to May and hot and humid from June to November. Over the course of the year, the temperature typically varies from 74-87 degrees F and is rarely below 72 or above 90.

What if it rains or we experience inclement weather throughout our trip?

If we are unable to offer you the opportunity to complete your camp during your stay, we will offer you a refund for the value of the missed tennis.
