Apple Pie Chia Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg and salt
Blend all ingredients until smooth; add ice if desired.
Sexy Raw Pecan Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
½ frozen banana
4 pitted dates
¼ cup pecans
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or 2 tbsp hemp seeds)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or natural coconut water)
Blend all ingredients until smooth; add ice if desired.
Healthy Banana Cream Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
2 bananas, sliced and frozen
1/3 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4 vanilla wafer cookies
1 ½ tablespoons honey
¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 heaping cup of ice (add more depending on the desired consistency)
Blend all ingredients until smooth; add ice if desired
Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
½ cup 100% pure pumpkin puree
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ banana, frozen
½ tablespoon organic honey
½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth; add ice if desired
Maple- Cinnamon Sweet Potato Smoothie
Ingredients
1 large banana
1 cup cooked sweet potato puree
1 ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 tbs almond butter
2 tbs pure maple syrup
1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
½ ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground ginger
1 tsb chia seeds
Ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and whirl away until smooth
